When you are not able to add the entire waiver code, please ensure that you add additional information in the OSI or Remark field, prior to refunding, otherwise the information is not transmitted to the airline. This is a requirement for the audit, or a debit memo will be issued. Example: ACUSKEDCHG1234.
How do I get a 20% discount on Air Canada?
The 20% promotion codes are valid until January 31st, 2024 (travel must be completed by that date). Reservations must be booked at www.aircanada.com/agents, using a promotion code. IATA or ACTA membership card (for TIDS) if you travel in Canada, to the U.S. or Sun/Caribbean destinations.
How do I get a waiver code from Air Transat?
It is the Travel Agent’s responsibility to obtain a waiver code by contacting Air Transat and to include it on the endorsement box of the reissued document or the refund. Failure to do so may result in an ADM being issued for failure to comply with Tariff Rules. Travel Agents must book and ticket within the same CRS.
