Le GATT est l'acronyme de l'Accord général sur les tarifs douaniers et le commerce, conclu en 1947 et en vigueur jusqu'en 1994. Il s'agit du volet commercial supposé compléter la refonte de l'ordre économique international avec les accords de Bretton Woods, au lendemain de la Seconde Guerre mondiale.
